Qualified Primary Teachers

Capra Coaching is looking for passionate and inspiring qualified primary school teachers to join our growing tutor team at our Mosman centre for **Term 1, 2025.**

Intelligence is of course very important, but we are also looking for those who have strong interpersonal and communication skills to conduct effective, engaging and inspiring lessons. Most importantly, we are looking for tutors that truly care about their students and are dedicated to helping them improve their confidence and work towards their academic goals.

We are looking for tutors that:

- Have a Bachelor degree (or higher) in Education **OR**:

- Are currently studying a degree in Education **OR**:

- Have demonstrated experience educating primary school students

**Hours**

You will have the convenience and independence of working in your own private room at our centre which is open Monday to Friday 3:30pm-8pm and Saturdays/Sundays 9am-5pm. Your students will be coming to you, removing the wasteful hours of travel time which are unavoidable as a freelance tutor and allowing you to tutor more students in less time. We also handle all scheduling issues and communication with parents, allowing you to focus purely on delivering high quality lessons.

We understand the demands of university and work schedules, so our tutors are free to choose the days they would like to work. We only require a minimum commitment of **4 hours per week.** Most of our tutors work around 8-12 hours a week, but this is entirely up to you.

**Pay**

Our pay rates are negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.

3. The **number of days and hours available** for tutoring per week (specify weekdays/weekends if aware of timetable).

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
