The VIA Graduate Program is an 18 month development program which is designed to expose participants to different functions within the business via rotational assignments, relevant projects, and training. This program is designed for recent graduates, who have specialized education in Investments related fields, for the purpose of rapidly developing their investment acumen and providing the greatest developmental impact to crew members who have limited relevant work experience.

**Invest in your success with the IMG Graduate Program**

Australia is one of three major trading and portfolio management hubs for Vanguard globally. The investment management group is comprised of investment strategists, portfolio managers, traders, risk managers, and global shared services experts who are responsible for portfolio management, trading and research across the Asia Pacific region.

Graduates in the IMG program will experience a comprehensive approach to investing that may include exposure to a range of teams such as: EIG (Equity Investment Group), FIG (Fixed Income Group), ISG (Investment Strategy Group) and IMFR (Investment Management & Finance Risk). Global collaboration, industry and economic insights and risk-controlled investment management is at the heart of IMG as we support our clients to achieve their investment goals.

Following the completion of the program participants will have the opportunity to launch into a permanent role.

**What it takes**

You have just graduated, or are on track to graduate from a relevant degree this year, such as Finance, and are looking to launch a long and rewarding career with a global market leader.
