We are looking for a Content Writer & Editor, someone just like you, to be part of our Customer & Brand team and help us tell incredible stories

**Description**:
Working from home, you will be interviewing our customers to tell their inspiring stories, crafting our social media and content marketing strategies, and working with our talented Digital Content Producer to produce video content. All designed to educate and inspire people about the great work we do at CoAct.

Your highly valuable experience will be put to good use as you provide specialised advice and support for marketing and communication activities right across CoAct.

Every day, your contribution will help us achieve our overall goal of supporting people across Australia to find sustainable employment.

**A typical day in your new role**:
Working from home, you will be part of a passionate and friendly marketing team all of which also work remotely. We engage via Microsoft Teams daily and get together quarterly face to face for team building and project planning.
Partner with teams across CoAct and our network to seek out news and story opportunities.
Interview a range of CoAct customers and partners to craft stories that celebrate the success our customers have achieved.
Develop captivating, insightful, and professional copywriting to a high standard.
Working with our awesome Digital Content Producer, develop video stories which showcase the people we support and the success that they have achieved.

**Skills and Experiences**:
Our ‘must haves'

Minimum 3 years’ experience in writing compelling content that aligns to key business requirements.
Specialised skills in interviewing and storytelling.
Experience writing copy and producing content for websites and social media
Excellent writing, research and editing capabilities.
Ability to work as part of a team whilst being autonomous and proactive.

Our ‘nice to haves'

Knowledge of Photoshop and video editing software.
Experience working in Employment Services
