**About the Role & Co-Ground**

Co-Ground is a social enterprise serving up great coffee, food and events all around Melbourne.

We currently have opportunities for Part Time, Full Time and Casual Baristas to join us in in our coffee operations:

- Swinburne University Campus Hawthorn (no weekends)
- West Melbourne Cafe (no weekends)
- Co-Ground Coffee carts and events (lots of flexibility and variety, weekdays & weekends)

We're excited about delivering an amazing experience to our clients and customers as well as serving a high quality product that we can be proud of.

We're also a Not for Profit. All of the profits from our operations go towards health, education and community development projects in the Asia Pacific, and here in Melbourne. You'll be part of a passionate team that cares about making the world a better place.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Barista experience in a busy setting. Specialty coffee experience a big plus.
- Have, or can obtain, a Working With Children's Check & Police Check
- RSA preferred, but not essential.
- Possess great communication skills.
- Unrestricted working rights for Australia.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Be a positive part of a small team
- Assist in setup, service and packup
- Develop and maintain great relationships with customers and clients
- Understand & Communicate Co-Ground's social enterprise message to clients and staff
