Job Title: Brow Technician & Lash Lift Specialist

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform brow shaping (waxing, threading, tweezing) tailored to client preferences.
- Conduct professional lash lift treatments ensuring safety and client comfort.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and work area at all times.
- Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Upsell additional services and products when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate client records and appointments.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and product knowledge.

Qualification:

- Proven experience as a brow/lash technician.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for beauty.
- Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings/weekends if needed.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in brow lamination or henna brows is a plus.
- Retail or sales experience.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
