**This is a 12 month fixed term contract role based in Rydalmere NSW.**

**About the role**:

- Inception of PSA contracts for NSW, ACT, South Australia, Sunshine Coast, Rockhampton ensuring all required documentation are received and correct DOA has been obtained.
- Monthly Invoicing of PSN Invoices, including attaching supporting documentation and ensuring they are sent or uploaded correctly.
- Completion of contract cancellations and variations.
- Resolving contract issues as listed on the UBR.
- Resolving contract issues as listed on the PSA Revenue Check Report.
- PSCms Tool Support (internal sales tool)
- General assistance to Branch Managers and Operational team including but not limited to: Customer Monthly Reports and PSA Renewal Documents
- Resolving Accounts Payable disputes in Maple
- iScala contract changes

- Administration experience in a similar role
- Customer service skills (Strong service orientation)
- Team oriented approach
- Proficient MS Office Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and teamwork ability
- Professionalism and pro-activeness
- Excellent time management and work prioritization skills
- Relationship management with both employees and customers
- Ability to multi task and meet deadlines
