We are representing Australia's largest manufacturer of crop protection solution products for the agricultural industry. As a global leader in their field, we are looking to build upon their existing team with casual production operators to work at their Laverton site.

- Shift patterns include rotating shifts, 2 weeks of mornings (5am-1.30pm) and 2 weeks of afternoon shift (1pm-9pm)
- Flexibility across some shift times may be available
- Overtime available
- Casual to permanent opportunities

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Assist in the setup of the work area at the beginning of the shift
- Filling containers with products and labelling products
- Packing finished goods onto pallets
- Machine operation when required
- Daily safety checks
- End of day close and general housekeeping of the work area
- Improving the safety, quality and efficiency of your work area
- Respectful attitude towards all team members
- Punctual and reliable
- Eager to learn on the job and progress through provided training
