**About the Role**

As a **Trainee Service Technician**, you’ll learn the ropes of installing, maintaining, and servicing our boat docking systems. You'll receive on-the-job training while developing skills in mechanical assembly, customer support, and marine safety.

This is a hands-on, active role that involves travel to marinas and waterfront locations, sometimes by vehicle and other times by boat. You’ll be out in the fresh air, working on and around the water, and making sure our customers have a great experience.

You'll be based out of Mandurah and will work closely with our Service Technician. However, your initial training will be at our head office on the Gold Coast at the company expense.

**Key Responsibilities you'll develop**
- Assist in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of DOCKPRO systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support
- Learn to manage your own schedule and job sites over time
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company standards for safety and quality

**What We’re Looking For**

- Enjoy working with tools and solving mechanical problems
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable interacting with customers in a friendly, professional way
- Enjoy working outdoors and on the water
- A current driver’s licence (required)
- Boating or marine experience (advantageous)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
