Store Manager

IKKARI is looking for an IKKARI Store Manager to join our Noosa store. This role will be responsible for the overall management and success of our concept store. You will lead a team of IKKARI Experts to set and achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional customer service. Your goal is to create a welcoming and engaging environment that encourages customers to explore our range. You will work closely with the IKKARI CEO and Education Manager to ensure all IKKARI

Experts are trained to the highest standards and provide engaging product demonstrations, that can be trained to the wider collective. You will be joining a hands-on and fast-moving team navigating the many exciting learnings and successes of a new brand, whilst being provided a proactive development environment amongst industry leaders.

As the IKKARI Store Manager here, your tasks will include:

- Team Leadership:

- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of IKKARI experts.
- Managing the team's Treatment bookings in a timely manner
- Create a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.
- Implement effective merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Customer Service:

- Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards of product knowledge and service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Lead and execute CRM for concept store
- Inventory Management:

- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reorder products as needed.
- Minimize stock loss through effective inventory control measures.
- Visual Merchandising:

- Create visually appealing displays that showcase products effectively.
- Ensure the store layout and presentation align with the brands image and guidelines.
- Operational Efficiency:

- Maintain store cleanliness and organisation.
- Implement loss prevention measures.
- Create and Manage Ikkari experts rosters

You will bring:

- Proven experience in retail management, particularly in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.
- Knowledge of beauty products and trends.
- Sales-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
