Automation Manager

Fantastic opportunity for an Automation Manager to join our team in Huntingwood to oversee the operations of the full case pick operations for all full case dry grocery and liquor products. This role is responsible for the day to day operations of the full pick system, including continuous improvement for systems, processes and staffing.

What you’ll do

Manage the operations for the full case automated pick system.

Ensure that OHS policy and procedures are implemented and adhere to.

Ensure customers service levels are achieved for full pick operations.

Managing the performance of full pick staff, through upskilling, training, managing succession planning and ensuring performance management processes are completed within the required time frames

Control wages and financial expenditure to budget

What You’ll bring

Experience in warehouse operations at management level.

FMCG or warehouse industry knowledge

Previous management experience within a distribution centre with 10 staff or more

Experience in a similar role for 5+ years
