Moorabbin, Australia Wallaroo Camping Hire Full time

Do you love the outdoors and everything it has to offer?

Do you enjoy working with your hands and spending time outdoors?

And is problem-solving and setting things up so they work good fun?

How about helping clients experience things they might never have otherwise?
- **If you answered yes to the above, this might be the perfect role for you**_

**About the role**

Wallaroo Camping Hire hires out camping and other adventure equipment to clients ranging from first-timers to everyday campers, families, and big groups, including schools, parties, events and festivals.

Client service is a key focus - we help clients experience camping and other outdoor activities by providing high-quality gear and flexible services, including delivery, setup, and pack-up.

It’s a great business to be part of, being well-established (over 10 years) yet innovative, passionate, and expanding into new markets and service offerings. And, we're growing, which is where you come in.
- **The role will lead the setup of equipment for group hire bookings - at events, schools, festivals, and private parties.**_

No two events are the same, so you need to be someone who likes lots of variety, working with their hands, travelling to different places, solving problems, and getting the job done.

And you need to enjoy communicating with people and helping them make their event run smoothly.

The role will initially be casual but can build to full-time for the right person.

**More about you**

You may or may not have a lot of work experience, but you like working outdoors, are physically fit and adaptable, and can turn your hand to anything. Ideally, you’ll love camping yourself.

You’re outgoing and pretty good at communicating with people from all different backgrounds, and you’re comfortable learning IT systems.

You’ve got your driver’s licence - manual is desirable (or you’re willing to get a manual licence readily).

You have a professional approach to your work and a customer service attitude, plus you work well independently, take on guidance and direction, and can effectively work in a small team.

You definitely get a kick out of working hard and seeing people have a great time as a result.
- **If you like providing quality client service, organising things, driving and managing projects, working outside with your hands, seeing different parts of the state and country, and being part of something exciting, this is a great job for you**_

**In exchange for your hard work, energy and enthusiasm, you’ll get**:

- To help people make their camping and events go right.
- To go to awesome places and events.
- Excellent pay that matches your experience and skills and increases with responsibility.
- An employee discount on the awesome gear.
- To be part of a fantastic team with a supportive culture.
