**Tradesman or Trade Allrounders - Insurance and larger handyman works**

**Responsibilities of this position include**:

- Insurance Works - Large amounts of insurance works - We need painters, plasterers, carpenters or skilled all-rounders.
- General Maintenance: Able to conduct basic home maintenance items such as adjusting door locks, sticking doors and windows etc.

**To be considered for this position the successful applicant must have**:

- Have proven experience with trade skills to perform the role
- A great attitude and work ethic;
- Able to work in a team or alone
- Able to work efficiently and effectively, often by yourself
- Communicate effiecently with scheduler/Manager (all paperwork & scheduling is taken care off by head office)
- Excellent mechanical reasoning skills
- Neat and professional presentation;
- Current Drivers Licence
- Have great communication skills and be part of a dynamic team
- You will need to be well presented, trustworthy, punctual and be able to work to strict deadlines.
