As a deeply grounded NDIS and Aged Care provider, we require Support Workers on a casual premise. One should be adaptable and flexible to work with individuals with diverse special needs and to help frail, older people, including the prematurely aged, living in the community to maximize their independence.

**About the Role**

**Choice is looking for a Domestic Cleaner in Alstonville (NSW) and surrounding suburbs**with expertise in case management, social work, and outreach. You will play an important role for many participants who may be excluded from mainstream healthcare, social support, and opportunities, negatively impacting their functioning and independence in the community.
