**Customer Solutions Consultant** ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As a Customer Solutions Consultant, your main role will be taking inbound calls from our existing customers and assisting them with a variety of call types. Your main focus will be our customers.

You will be working on a rotating roster, working between the hours of** 8:00am - 8:30pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday between 9:00am - 5:30pm.**

Although you will be working from home full time, you will occasionally need to attend the Richmond based office for a team meeting or upskilling. Here you will see our state of the art, dog friendly office where you can make the most of the massage chairs and free coffee
