About this role
CMV Group has an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to become part of our professional and friendly team on a part-time basis (3 days per week, 15 hours) based in our new head office situated in Wayville, SA.

Key responsibilities
- End to end accounts payable processing; including;
- Reviewing and verifying invoices
- Sorting, coding and entering invoices into the system
- Preparing and processing electronic transfer payments
- Posting transactions to journals and ledgers
- Reconciling accounts payable transactions to supplier statements
- Producing monthly reports and assisting with month end closing

About You
You’re an experienced accounts payable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’re accurate, organised, and pride yourself on your ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work. With strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset, you build productive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders alike.
