Elicos Teacher

Effective day to day and face to face delivery of ELICOS programs
- Monitoring of documentation of daily teaching delivery, student attendance, participation and the recording of assessment results to ensure all aspects of the program meet compliance requirements
- Teaching classes on a regular basis and covering teacher absences
- Ensuring student academic performance and student satisfaction are maximised
- Solving problems and promptly actioning on identified issues or queries
- Create and build a positive, can-do environment that motivates staff and students.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Recognised undergraduate or postgraduate degree and TESOL qualifications
- Familiar with English File Edition 4
- At least three years' experience in teaching
- Expertise in current digital teaching technologies and resources, curriculum and materials development
- Experience using learning management and student management systems
- Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills
- Ability to remain flexible and agile to meet organisational needs
- Strong management and interpersonal skills, including ability to engage, motivate, challenge and performance manage staff and build positive relationships with students
- Ability to assess student language skills and implement actions to address student learning needs
- Full understanding of ELICOS industry regulatory frameworks and standards

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
