**What We're Looking For**

- A current **NSW Driver’s Licence** and willingness to drive.
- A valid **First Aid & CPR Certificate**.
- A paid **Working with Children Check (WWCC)**.
- A **National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)**.
- Willingness to consent to being listed on the **Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR)**.
- Availability to work across a **24/7 roster**, including mornings, evenings and sleepover shifts.

**A Day in the Life**

As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in offering essential care and support. You will assist adults with disabilities by:

- Helping clients with **personal care** and **daily living skills**.
- Planning and attending appointments and social activities for community engagement and skill development.
- Completing daily case notes, incident reports and administrative tasks.
- Working across various age groups as required.
