The Opportunity
This role will suit an experienced business support/process analyst who is keen to work as part of a small expert Governance, Risk and Compliance team responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of BDA's governance framework, enterprise risk management and compliance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support Governance Risk Compliance strategic initiatives.
- Participate in documenting and maintaining Governance Risk Compliance processes and data models.
- Assist in facilitating Governance Risk Compliance processes, data collection, databases, analysis, documentation, presentations and meetings
- Contribute to the completion of milestones associated with Governance Risk Compliance projects and implementation activities.
- Use established document control procedures and guidelines to complete assignments.

**To be successful, you will**:

- Hold a relevant Bachelor degree and 3+ years' related work experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Have experience in a business support/process analyst role in a large, complex organisation
- Have strong communication skills, and be able to interact constructively primarily with internal personnel and also with external stakeholders
- Possess strong organisational skills
- Be able to develop solutions to problems of moderate scope and complexity
- Be able to refer to and interpret policies/procedures for guidance
- Demonstrate knowledge of general database concepts.
