**Job Opportunities - Pearson’s Farm & Animal Rescue**

**Location: Clarendon, SA**

Pearson’s Farm & Animal Rescue is a registered charity based in the scenic Adelaide Hills, dedicated to providing meaningful support to individuals living with disabilities through farm-based and community programs.

We are currently seeking passionate and experienced individuals for the following **two part-time roles**:
**1. Mentor - Disability Support (Farm-Based Role)**

We are looking for an experienced disability support worker to join our team at the farm. This role involves mentoring participants in a hands-on, therapeutic environment with animals and nature-based activities.

**Essential criteria**:

- Certificate III or IV in Disabilities or Individual Support
- Experience working with people with disabilities
- Confidence working in a farm environment
- Experience with horses and native/farm animals is highly desirable

**2. Group Facilitator - Farm & Community-Based**

We are seeking a dynamic, flexible individual to help coordinate and lead our group programs. These include both farm-based and community activities. You will play a key role in supporting staff, planning and supervising group sessions, and contributing to a safe and engaging experience for participants.
- Experience facilitating or coordinating group programs
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- The ability to support less experienced staff
- Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills
- A flexible, can-do attitude and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment

**All applicants must hold (or be willing to obtain prior to employment)**:

- Certificate III or IV in Disabilities or Individual Support
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Completion of the NDIS New Worker Induction Module
- A valid South Australian Driver’s Licence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
