In this role you will have the unique opportunity to work on one of the industry’s fastest growing fashion exports and collaborate with some of the world’s biggest names.
As a Ksubi Buyers Assistant, you will be dynamic, customer obsessed, have a growth mindset, and thrive in a collaborative environment. You will provide admin and category support to the Buyer across all facets of the buying process including but not limited to, supporting store allocations, maintaining data, sample management, and liaising with stores and internal stakeholders.
**A Day in the Life**
- Coordinate the administration function across all Ksubi Buying
- Coordinate replenishment in line with Buyers requests
- Distribute staff and store communications to respective stakeholders
- Maintain the visual Buy plans & Buy sheets to ensure visibility over forward orders
- Produce weekly and in season reporting for each category and present to the respective Buyer
- Coordinate the delivery on all ordered product to support store sales
- Organising stock transfers and movements to support the retail business by understanding replenishment to maximize full price sales and demonstrating knowledge of stores
- Undertake regular store visits and collaborate with your leader and team on your findings and key actions
**This is you if you have**
**Technical/Specialist Skills/Experiences**
- Experience in a previous Buyer’s Admin/Assisting role is preferred
- Have an excellent understanding of luxury streetwear market
- Knowledge and exposure to the fashion industry and its current trends
- A great influencer and an outstanding communicator in both verbal and written communication
- Have strong analytical skills and a depth of experience in consumer insights and research is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and high level of output
- Self-sufficient and able to work to deadlines
- Highly organized and solutions focused
- Excel proficient
- Experience in AP21 is a plus
