Universal Ability is a psychology-led NDIS provider with a strong reputation for trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and person-centred care. We are looking for empathetic, reliable, and motivated support workers to join our growing team.

You'll be supported by qualified psychologists and a multidisciplinary team who are passionate about delivering mental health-informed care that genuinely changes lives.

We are seeking casual or part-time Support Workers to assist clients with psychosocial disability needs in the community. Your role will be to support individuals to build daily living skills, community access, and mental health stability under the guidance of our clinical team.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide person-centred support for clients with mental health conditions, autism, or psychosocial disability
- Assist with daily living activities, community outings, and goal-based routines
- Encourage emotional regulation and wellbeing
- Prompt and model coping strategies (as advised by psychologists)
- Complete brief notes and communicate effectively with the team

**Requirements**:

- Certificate IV in Mental Health is a must
- **NDIS Worker Screening Check** (or willing to obtain)
- **First Aid & CPR Certificate**:

- Valid **Driver's Licence** and access to reliable vehicle
- Confident in working with clients with **mental health needs or trauma backgrounds**:

- Compassionate, calm under pressure, and emotionally mature
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
