The Local Drop is seeking a competent Kitchen Porter with previous experience to join our team. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness in the restaurant.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to support our kitchen team in maintaining a clean and efficient workspace at our newly opened restaurant in Collingwood. You will play a key role behind the scenes, ensuring our chefs have everything they need to deliver top-quality dishes with a Monday to Friday work week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to maintain hygiene standards
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by chefs
- Ensure the kitchen and food preparation areas are clean and organized
- Manage stock of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when replenishment is needed
- Help with receiving and storing deliveries

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or professional kitchen
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
- Good physical condition and stamina to handle a physically demanding role
- Awareness of food safety and hygiene standards
- Punctual, dependable, and a team player
