We need a meticulous worker to manage lawn care and grounds upkeep across residential properties in Sydney’s Northern Beaches and North Shore. This job is for someone who takes pride in crisp edges, spotless lawns, and leaving clients satisfied. No complex gardening—just sharp results and good rapport.

Key Responsibilities:

- Mow, edge, and trim lawns with precision
- Operate and maintain equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers) to ensure flawless performance.
- Clear debris, weeds, and leaves thoroughly.
- Perform basic tasks (watering, mulching, pruning) with keen attention to detail.
- Interact courteously with clients: Listen to requests, address concerns on-site, and ensure their standards are met.
- Report property issues promptly (e.g., broken sprinklers, pest sightings).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual, Temp to perm

Pay: $27.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
