In the role of **Consultant, Marketing Campaigns**, you will join the** Business & Private Banking Marketing** team that’s doubling down on making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Lead delivery path on key nabtrade project including customer campaign execution focussing on 1:1 journeys.
- Deliver the customer value proposition in a way that resonates with target segments and meets regulatory requirements.
- Build and execute on lifecycle communications and lead the creation of content through owned channels to drive engagement and utilisation with our existing customers/clients.
- Lead the development of data driven, customer focused insights into actionable marketing plans to achieve targets.
- Collaborate and make decisions on marketing execution with all key stakeholders and partners as required.
- Be a key enabler and champion of the brand and marketing ways of working.

**We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- Extensive experience in marketing campaigns, with focus on delivery in creative/content
- Banking and Financial Services experience desirable
- Campaign delivery experience with specific skills in 1:1 communication channels and CRM platforms
- Strong creative and copywriting skills, creating consistency driving efficiencies
- Strong project management skills and ability to work in an agile, cross functional project environment.
- Ability to provide clarity on campaign sequencing and path to execution
