**What You Will Be Doing**
You will be working with the passionate Allied Health teams in the Care at Home Program at Peninsula Health. This program is funded under the Victorian Better at Home initiative and is a bed substitution model whose aim is to keep people out of hospital, by providing their rehabilitation and medical / nursing support in the home. You will have an opportunity to work with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists, and clients with a wide variety of health conditions.
**What You Need**
We anticipate you will have:
- Certificate 3 in Allied Health Assistant
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence
- Capacity to work independently and autonomously in the community
