Nominated Supervisor

**The Role**:
This is an incredible Nominated Supervisor and Teaching opportunity. The opportunity is full-time, 37.5 hours, across 5 days per week. It is a medium sized centre, and the successful applicant will be an all-rounder who is confident in all things from being on the floor teaching, to managing the accounts and more.

We are looking for someone with passion, motivation and energy. Someone who absolutely loves Early Childhood Education, has a vision, and is able to execute their vision.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Inspire, mentor and lead a small team of educators,
- Create, build, and maintain close links with families and the local community,
- Increase occupancy at the service,
- Manage the daily operations of the Centre, including administration, bookings, meal prep, budgets etc,
- Rostering - staff scheduling,
- Preparation for A&R,
- Ensure that all policies, procedures, and documentation is kept up to date and licensing requirements are met at all times,
- Provide high-quality education and care throughout the centre.

**Essential Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a 2IC or Nominated Supervisor position,
- Good leadership qualities,
- ECT or Working Towards ECT
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Up to date First Aid, CPR, Child Protection and WWCC,
- Excellent knowledge of the EYLF & NQS.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
