We are assisting a leading early childhood education provider with a Centre in Ferny Hills, QLD Their centre is dedicated to providing high-quality care and education to children in their early years, fostering their development and well-being in a safe, nurturing environment. They are passionate about creating a strong foundation for children to thrive, and they are looking for talented, passionate childhood educators/ room assistants to join their team

**Role Overview**:
As a Childhood Educator (Cert III/ Diploma), you will be responsible for delivering outstanding educational experiences and care for children in their centre. You will work within a supportive team to implement curriculum and activities that promote children’s learning, growth, and development while building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Cert III Educators**:

- Assist in the implementation of educational programs that cater to the developmental needs and interests of children.
- Support the development of positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging environment for children.
- Support the planning and implementation of daily activities, routines, and observations.
- Work under the guidance of senior staff and management to meet regulatory requirements and guidelines.

**Diploma Educators**:

- Lead the planning and implementation of high-quality educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Provide guidance and mentoring to Cert III Educators and other team members.
- Build meaningful relationships with children and families to foster positive outcomes.
- Observe and document children’s development and progress, preparing individual learning plans.
- Ensure a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment for all children.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education (Cert III OR Diploma in Early Childhood Education).
- A genuine passion for working with young children and fostering their development.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid certification.
