**Your new role**

In this brand-new role you will work with inter-agency project partners to create and implement a project plan that will help reduce sector-wide employment vacancies and retention concerns across sexual assault and family violence services. You will have financial responsibility for a small operating budget (~$33k) for talent attraction activities including open days, events, roadshows, etc.

Focussing on the Southern Melbourne and Bayside Peninsula areas, you will work with partner agencies to develop a project plan to create and support innovative initiatives that also builds the evidence base to support these initiatives and provides the data to meet funder reporting requirements. The collaborative work you do on the partnership project plan will drive systemic sector change and build a scalable model that enhances workforce outcomes for organisations, employees, job seekers and ultimately, consumers.

This is a government funded 12-month max term contract working the equivalent of 4 days / week. You will have some flexibility in determining your work hours to fit your needs.

In addition to your annual full-time equivalent salary of **$100,000** + Super (prorated for 4 days / week), you will have access to:

- Work a combination of **work-from-home** and office-based days with the team at Uniting sites in the Southern Melbourne region with some occasional travel to other partner office locations within the region.
- Ability to **increase** **your** **take-home pay** by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits which can be used for living expenses such as rent, groceries, bills, clothing, and much more.
- **10% **discount** on the childcare subsidy gap fee when using a Uniting Early Learning service or centre.

**About you**

Having previously led and delivered on projects within a community services / Not-for-Profit environment, you hold strong capability in stakeholder engagement and an ability to gain buy-in and influence systemic change at all levels, internally and externally. You will also bring:

- Demonstrated success in Talent Acquisition
- Knowledge of talent attraction methodologies
- Strong project management experience gained within a HR or Recruitment portfolio
- Knowledge of retention levers and the interplay between successful hires and retention
