About us:
D.O.C Group is, and has been a Lygon street institution since 1997. We have since grown to a 7 Venue company across Carlton, Southbank and Mornington in Victoria and Surry Hills in Sydney. We’re expanding our group and we’re looking for great new additions to our team to continue our growth.

About the role:
day to day operations will include:

- Kitchen and back-of-house hygiene management
- Appropriate cleaning and storage of kitchen goods and surfaces
- Accepting, rotating and storing perishable and non-perishable goods
- Assisting our cooks and chefs in various food preparation and service tasks
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment
- Enforcing hygiene standards in the workplace
- Contributing to a positive team morale

Role hours are as follows: Thursday - Saturday 4PM - close (set 10:30PM - 11:30PM)

- Has an understanding of safe and hygienic kitchen practices
