**About the Role**

The Group Brand team are the custodians of the NAB Group portfolio of brands. The team is responsible for shaping the vision and creating consideration and advocacy for our brands with our customers and our people. They ensure that our brand strategy, positioning and how this lands in market for external customers and our colleagues is compelling in order to enhance the performance of our brand.

The Brand Campaign Delivery team sits within Group Brand and the purpose is to drive preference for, and engagement with, our Brands and ensure that a sustainable, differentiated and relevant brand position is delivered to our customers and our people. The team collaborates across marketing, the enterprise and with our agency partners for the delivery of brand communications programs across the brand portfolio.

As a Consultant Brand Campaign Delivery, you will work closely with and support the Manager, Brand Campaign Delivery and Senior Consultant Brand Campaign Delivery to help build a world class communications and campaign delivery function and, in collaboration with team members across the portfolio, support the delivery of brand campaign activity.

You will support the Brand Campaign Delivery Team to help build consideration of the NAB brand by delivering on and supporting the execution of the strategic brand imperatives through brand campaigns activity, that drive an emotional connection with customers, so that they choose us. You will work closely with the Brand Management, and Brand Identity teams to improve marketing and partner performance.

**What you'll be doing**
- Support our brand strategy by delivering integrated communicaton campaigns across brand, social impact and sponsorship ensuring a sustainable, differentiated and relevant brand position for our customers and for our people.
- Work closely with both our creative and media agencies to deliver campaigns as well as monitor performance and optimise where relevant.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different functions of the brand team as well as across the enterprise to ensure alignment and protection of our brand.
- Present to various stakeholders (marketing and non-marketing)
- Proactively monitor risk and assurance requirements within agreed risk appetite and call-out non-compliance to your People Leader in a timely manner.
- Support the management of and monitor measurement frameworks, and performance of the brand, to assess and interpret key brand performance metrics into actionable brand delivery plans.
- Budget management.

**What you'll bring**
- 5+ years’ experience in brand management and marketing (advertising agency experience welcome)
- Tertiary educated with a qualification in marketing, or a related field
- Quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques
- Good presentation and written skills
- Creative judgement and demonstrated experience in agency management
- Ability to articulate and package ‘message’
- Ability to explain complex insights to a non-technical audience, and gain broad-based support from stakeholders
- Understanding of the importance and purpose of brand and sponsorship - as well as the drivers of brand performance
- Understanding of media planning & buying, and working with media and specialist agencies
- Project management experience, including sound resource and stakeholder management and engagement
- Stakeholder management skills at both mid and senior levels
- Planning and organisational skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Creative and strategic thinker with ‘can do’ attitude
- Solutions focussed
- Strong creative judgement leveraging existing design and communications expertise
- Confidence in delivery of output in tight timeframes at a high level of production quality
