**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in selecting and fitting eyewear, including frames, lenses, and contact lenses
- Provide exceptional customer service, including answering questions and addressing concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders and prescriptions
- Order and maintain inventory of optical products and supplies
- Perform basic repairs and adjustments to eyewear
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in optical technology
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience

**What we are looking for**:

- Optical dispensing experience (preferred but not essential)
- Retail and/or customer service experience
- Passion for helping people
- Empathetic and patient-centered approach
- Basic computer skills
- Team player who can also work autonomously
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn a new skill set

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $31.00 - $36.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
