The Renison mine is located on Tasmania’s beautiful West Coast between the towns of Zeehan and Rosebery. **About the mine** Renison is currently experiencing an exciting phase of development, characterised by a robust "Life of Mine Plan" and an ongoing commitment to capital reinvestment. This strategic approach is designed to enhance health, safety, environmental sustainability, and operational efficiency. Our mission is to be a sustainable, efficient, capable, disciplined, and respected tin producer, continuously striving for operational excellence and optimization. **About the role** We are seeking a highly motivated person who is a flexible team player capable of delivering and providing a variety of required support services to the Processing Plant and the operation. This entry level position reporting to the Processing Day Services Supervisor, will see you maintain a safe work environment, demonstrate good understanding and judgement to troubleshoot plant operating problems. This position is offered on a Dayshift only 7 days on, 7 days off roster, 12hrs per shift. **Core responsibilities** - Reagent mixing and monitoring of reagent levels. - Crusher area housekeeping and assisting the Crusher Operators with tasks to minimise crusher downtime. - Grinding media addition and mill load monitoring. - Maintain an accurate Day Services log. - Maintaining a high level of housekeeping in all areas. - Tails dam monitoring and discharge point extensions. - Forklift, Bobcat, Excavator, JCB, IT and Truck operation. **About you** To be successful in this role you will be a reliable and cohesive team player willing to follow direction and work proactively with other teams. You will be required to successfully complete a Cert III in Resource Processing and have a focussed commitment to safe work practices in compliance with site policies & procedures.
