Receptionist, The Lodge

The Opportunity:
Are you passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences? Delaware North Australia is looking for part-time and casual **Receptionists** to join our team at **The Lodge**, located within the **Blacktown Exercise, Sports & Technology Hub**.

As the first point of contact, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every guest’s stay is unforgettable by providing a warm welcome, handling check-ins and check-outs, and assisting with any guest enquiries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and check in/out guests, ensuring a seamless experience
- Assist guests with directions within the hotel and surrounding areas, providing information on local attractions and upcoming events
- Build strong guest relationships and handle complaints courteously and professionally
- Take a positive and proactive approach to all tasks

What will you bring?:

- Experience in a hotel setting
- Experience/familiarity with Opera Cloud
- A valid NSW RSA Certificate
- Available to work over a 7-day per week roster.
- Be well-presented and set high grooming standards for the team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
