Our high-profile client within the government sector is seeking multiple Apps Support officer. With a focus on creative collaboration, you'll join a dynamic, fast-paced environment working closely with an existing team to build long term relationships and working on higher-value strategic projects with a passion to give back to the community. Going just beyond delivery, you'll play a key role in this health sector.

**Skills / Knowledge**:

- Act as first point of contact for customer service queries.
- Assists the ICT Applications teams to ensure the ICT systems meet the needs of customers through monitoring and analysis of service provision.
- Provides project and change support as directed by the Senior Application Specialist.
- Monitors compliance to ICT policies, standards and procedures where relevant.
- Identifies issues and contributes to the implementation of continuous improvement strategies.
- Provides after hours support as required in accordance with the appropriate award.

**Desirable**:

- Expertise in Database development, troubleshooting in MS SQL Server and /or Oracle platform including SQL, PL/SQL, DB objects (package, procedure, functions etc), data-fix, query optimisation
- Basic System admin, scripting experience in MS Windows and/ or Linux platform.
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology
