Our Marketing team is seeking an experienced Marketing Technology professional to join our team and lead the performance, stability and outcomes of our marketing technology stack. As a self-motivated individual who values collaboration, trust, growth, and customer obsession, you will work closely with the Marketing, RevOps, and GTM teams to ensure the stability and continuous improvement of processes powered by marketing technology.
**About You**:
- You will have a deep understanding of data models, architectures, and working in an agile environment, as well as experience with tools in the SafetyCulture marketing technology stack, including Marketo, Braze, ClearBit, Segment, MadKudu, and Salesforce. Additionally, you will have experience with customer data platforms like Segment and a strong understanding of the Marketing technology landscape, measurement, and attribution approaches and technologies like FullCircle, Drift, LeanData, Unbounce, and more.
- You are a proven, hands-on team member with the ability to work through complex organisations and to communicate clearly across multiple teams and areas of expertise, have strong verbal and written communication skills, and can demonstrate the ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including Senior Leadership Teams.
**How you will spend your time**:
- As the Martech Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing our marketing technology stack and related workflows and processes, delivering full integration with Salesforce, and obsessing over data model architecture, normalisation, and cleanliness as it relates to the marketing/sales tech stack.
- You will also create and deliver a data strategy, including security, enrichment, and quality, in collaboration with our internal analytics team, understand the customer journey, lead flows, and routing through our systems, and maintain the buildout, enrichment, and assignment of our leads database.
- In addition to managing complex martech projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to delivery, you will release functionality to drive continuous improvement and reduce risk in the technology stack, manage change driven by new marketing technology rollouts and updates, and support cross-functional teams to adopt key platforms’ releases and enhancements.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams - product, business systems, sales operations, customer success, internal analytics - to realise the full value of martech tools, enable the marketing team to operate beyond best practice, using our martech tools to solve problems and find new ways to grow MAU and revenue, and develop and maintain solution and specification documentation.
