**What you will be doing**

Our Community Services teams provide a range of engaging and creative programs, activities and supports to connect with people within the community.

As the Business Support Officer for our Ageing &Inclusion and Families & Young People teams you will report directly to the Senior Managers for these teams and provide administrative supports to ensure the success of service delivery.

This will include:

- Managing correspondence, prioritisation of meetings and tasks to facilitate smooth operations of the Senior Manager.
- Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and managing records.
- Preparing presentations and undertaking project work.
- Working in close collaboration with the wider team to ensure that requests, enquiries, and tasks are actioned in a timely manner.

This role will also work closely with the wider Community Services teams.
