**Job Title**: Allrounder / Store Manager - Food Takeaway Business

**Location**: Penrith

This is a **full-time opportunity** and requires the individual to be available from **Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM**, with the ability to start **immediately**.

Stacked offers a fresh and innovative take on the sandwich, providing authentic, hand-crafted artisan sandwiches and signature bowls made to order. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, freshly prepared food in a friendly and inviting atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage front-of-house operations, including greeting and serving customers.
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure timely and quality food preparation.
- Support kitchen activities as needed to maintain service efficiency and food quality.
- Place orders for all necessary products and supplies.
- Create and manage staff rosters, ensuring shifts are scheduled based on budget constraints.
- Meet and exceed weekly sales targets.
- Ensure availability throughout the week to manage store operations effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in managing a store and its operations is mandatory.
- Strong front-of-house experience with excellent customer service skills.
- Experience in supporting kitchen operations and activities.
- Ability to manage kitchen operations and ensure high standards of food quality.
- Ability to place orders and manage inventory.
- Experience in rostering shifts and managing staff schedules.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage budgets effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Availability Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM,** and the ability to start **immediately** to oversee store operations.

Pay: $50,939.87 - $75,583.60 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Penrith, NSW 2750: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (required)
- Retail management: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
