**Permanent Part Time Disability Support Worker - Supported Independent Living in Traralgon**:

**About The Role**:

- Disability Support Worker
- Permanent Part Time employment
- **Must be available to work between 35 to 40 hours per fortnight.**:

- **Must have flexibility to work a variety of shift times including split shifts, early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and sleepovers on weekdays and weekends.**:

- To work as a member of Scope’s Supported Independent Living home in** Traralgon **to support and empower adults with disabilities to achieve their goals and live meaningfully.
- Provide assistance to the residents with their daily living activities from a person-centred approach.
- Maintain positive and welcoming relationships with families, colleagues, and other service providers.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to deliver the highest level of support to the residents.

**Requirements**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
- Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
