Steel Sales

We’re on the lookout for a reliable and motivated Steel Sales & Support Representative to join our small, friendly team in a full-time role.

This position is ideal for someone with experience or strong knowledge of the **metal and steel industry**, who enjoys building relationships with customers and providing excellent service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Assisting customers with product enquiries, orders, and quotes
- Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Processing sales and providing after-sales support
- Liaising with the workshop and delivery team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintaining accurate records and managing incoming enquiries

What We’re Looking For:

- **Experience or solid knowledge in the metal/steel industry is essential**:

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A friendly and professional attitude
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
