What’s the job?
- The Future Student Onboarding Officer is responsible for ensuring that students in their first trimester of study are supported through the early stages of their learning experience with TGES. The role will focus on certain at-risk cohorts to mitigate challenges that may prompt withdrawals if they are not addressed.

This is a permanent full time role located in Melbourne Flinders Street.

Accountabilities:
- Act as primary point of contact for a designated group of students in their first trimester of study.-
- Positively impact Net Promoter Score, Student Effort Score and Student Satisfaction Score among our first trimester cohort.- Ensure that targets relating to first trimester retention and revenue are met.- Identify opportunities to use VOC data to improve efficiency and enhance student experience.- Ensure that all student queries are resolved within appropriate service levels.- Contribute actively towards a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.- Participate in team meetings, events, Orientation & Information Sessions as required.- Active support and advocacy for company initiatives.

We Are Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in Australian higher education, ideally in a student recruitment, contact centre or student services role.- Proven ability to provide a high quality customer experience.- An understanding of the ESOS Act would be advantageous but not essential.- Working knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics is highly regarded.- Proven ability to work in a target and KPI-driven environment.- Strong relationship development and management skills.- Ability to build cross-functional relationships within the organisation to drive successful outcomes.
