Our AIN's are responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent care through a person centered approach and by assisting our Registered Nurses in supervising the care team. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize and develop your clinical skills and be part of a dynamic and caring team.

These positions are for permanent part time employment, we currently have, Afternoon, Night and week end shifts available providing you with great salary options along with lifestyle flexibility.

**About the role**

Our AIN’s are the people who we trust to provide the very best quality care to our residents everyday. **Duties & Responsibilities**
- Interaction with residents, families and friends in a helpful and positive manner
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Complete reporting and documentation based on Sunnymeade Park policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate team spirit
- To provide quality support to residents with their activities of daily living

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated ability to work to required resident outcomes
- Availability to work different shifts on each roster.
- Previous experience in a AIN role in Aged Care (desirable but not essential)
- Qualified with a Certificate III in Individual Support (minimum requirement) or are currently studying a nursing degree and have completed an Aged Care clinical placement

Base Pay rate shown in advert details the base rate for a AIN entry level 1.1 to AIN level 3 working Mon-Sunday night shift (not including any allowances etc). This is included to show the difference in base pay rate for the different levels and day worked. Please be aware there are also additional allowances or loadings to be added to a pay.

Our process includes undergoing a Federal Police check and some positions will require you to complete an online medical assessment.

You will need to provide proof of having a current flu and covid 19 vaccination.
