Beautician / Salon Assistant

This role is suitable for an entry level beautician, student, or beauty enthusiast. Full training will be provided.

Must be available Friday and Saturday. Approx 10hrs per week.

License is preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform beauty services including brow grooming and lash lifting services
- Answering & returning phone calls
- Process & update bookings through Acuity Scheduling
- Process payments
- Maintain a clean environment and adhere to hygiene and salon cleanliness process.
- Restock supplies as per process. Manage stock list and provide to Admin for ordering.
- Potentially assist artists where required in taking photos, processing payments, and assisting on bridal and mobile bookings.

The company will provide the following training:

- Induction to Beauty Aesthetix company values and expectations.
- Beauty Aesthetix will pay for your online training course SHBBINF002 Maintain Infection Control Standards, as this is a requirement to perform beauty services in the salon.
- Full training in brow services and lash lifting will be provided.
- Full training provided in reception duties.
- Full training in our booking system Acuity Scheduling**.**:

- Training in makeup assisting

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $22.75 - $37.40 per hour

**Education**:

- High School (Year 9-11) (preferred)
