Do you possess a passion for escape rooms, coupled with a sharp eye for detail and exceptional customer service abilities? We're on the lookout for a skilled Game Master to join our team in a Casual Position at either our Cannington or Victoria Park store locations**:

- Cannington Store: 7/1451 Albany Highway, Cannington WA 6107**
**- Victoria Park Store: 295 Albany Highway, Victoria Park WA 6100**
- Customer service experience

- Attention to detail
- Logical and Critical thinking
- Excellent prioritizing skills
- **Task & Responsibilities**:_
- Ensuring that guests understand what they’re supposed to be doing.
- Explaining any rules.
- Ensuring the safety of guests
- Providing a positive experience for guests. In any case, they need to be able to engage with and enthuse your customers.
- Resetting rooms in-between games.
- Administrative tasks such as taking payments and learning our software, answering enquiries on the phone etc.
- Helping with clues where this is permitted for guests. In certain situations, the Game Master remains in the room, whereas in others, they might be watching on-camera and contacted via walkie-talkie.

- **Work Eligibility**:_
- Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident) (required)
- Fluent spoken/written English
- This role is primarily for weekend work minimum of 12 hours per week (with some weekday shifts occasionally when fully trained) depending on shifts availability on the week, you MUST be available weekends (including Fri Sat/Sun nights). You can visit our website for the opening hours.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 30 per week
