- **Position purpose**_

The purpose of this role is always to provide exceptional customer service to ensure that customers receive the best possible experience. The attendant will be an all-rounder and will assist the team where needed.
- **Main tasks**_

Core objectives include:

- Making high quality coffees
- Maintaining high levels of customer service including serving, greeting and communicating with customers
- Serving of all beverages and food service
- Assisting the cook when required
- Handling money and the till
- Cleaning dishes and the kitchen and ensuring that the workplace is a clean and safe work environment
- Maintaining a strong relationship with staff and customers
- Strong understanding of the menu and details about specific items to be able to describe this to customers
- Handling of customer complaints

Pay: From $32.06 per hour
