- Proven experience in rigging and dogging for cranes
- Ability to interpret lift plans and signals with precision
- Strong understanding of site safety protocols

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform dogging and rigging duties for tower and mobile cranes
- Assist crane operators with precise and safe load movements
- Help plan, rig, and direct complex lifts
- Maintain clear communication with all site personnel
- Follow strict WHS protocols at all times

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week

Work Location: In person
