**Day-to-day you will be responsible for**:

- Providing comprehensive, clear, efficiently documented design information.
- Ensuring that information provided and produced is accurate, co-ordinated, compliant, functional and buildable.
- Ensuring relevant codes, Australian Standards and NCC requirements are addressed.
- Ensuring that information produced is compliant with the approved concepts.
- Timely delivery in accordance with the Tender Letting Schedule (TLS) and/or agreed programs.
- Lease & Sketch plans production turn-around times are within agreed benchmarks.
- Contributes to the Safety in Design process to ensure designs are safe to build, operate and maintain; and
- Provide design assistance during the execution of the works and the leasing effort.

Previous experience in a similar role within Property, Retail, Commercial or Consulting highly regarded. Proficiency in Autocad and Revit are required.

- You have strong communication skills are able to deal with multiple stakeholders
