**About Outside School Hours Care (OSHC)**
For many busy families, Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) is a great help. OSHC services provide education and care for children before and after the school day, as well during the school holidays, which enhances and complements the school experience. More importantly, OSHC provides a great opportunity for your child to experience something new and do more of the things they love.

At the Y, your child will get the chance to discover and explore the world around them, spend time with friends and grow in confidence. We'll work with you to understand your child and help them reach their full potential — because you know your child best.

**About the Opportunity**
- Oversee the daily operations and strategic development of the OSHC and Vacation Care programs
- Be a motivated and customer focused leader, and engage, guide and inspire a dedicated team of staff in the exceptional delivery of the National Quality Framework
- Lead community and family engagement, with children at the heart of our service philosophy.

Working hours are Monday to Friday between 6:30am-9:00am and 2:30pm-6:00pm plus ample administration time outside of OSHC operating hours.

**About you and your qualifications**
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills and understanding in the implementation and ongoing management of the NQF, ideally with experience in a similar role
- Be working towards (or have completed) a Diploma level ACECQA approved qualification or higher
- Have (or be willing to obtain) HLTAID012 First Aid Qualification (including valid CPR)
- Anaphylaxis and Asthma Qualifications
