As the Regional Network Supervisor, you be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and delivery of the QantasLink network. You will ensure sound operational and commercial decision-making for the Dash 8, B717, F100, A320 and E190 fleets, working closely to support the Manager ROC operations and stakeholders across the business to ensure the best outcome for our customers - both internal and external.
Working alongside the Regional Crewing Supervisor, you will be focused on maintaining schedule integrity, meeting OTP targets across all fleets and maintaining an overview of disruptions to the network.
Additional key accountabilities for this role include supporting ROC planning processes and providing input into ROC reviews and continuous improvements and remaining compliant with corporate and divisional service standards.
You’ll have
- Ability to travel between Perth and Sydney ports
- Ability to lead staff with proven experience in people management and conflict resolution
- Advanced problem solving and decision making skills
- Sound understanding of the airline business, including operations and commercial activity and priorities
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Advanced influencing and negotiation skills, with proven ability to communicate and present effectively at all levels of the organisation
- Proven ability to successfully manage stakeholder relationships with peers and business partners including key charter representatives across the entire regional network
- Highly motivated and a demonstrated team player
- Out of the box thinking and practical problem solving skills in often complex situations
- Tertiary qualifications in Aviation, Business or Commerce (preferred)
