- Remuneration: $30.99 p/hr + 11% Super + Not for Profit Tax Benefits (Increases your take home pay) + Allowances & Reimbursements (KM’s) + Employee Discounts

**Your part in our BlueCare team**
- You’ll provide care to your clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.- With no two days ever the same, you’ll spend your time on the road completing your scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients and their loved ones within their homes supporting with activities that include:
- In home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry & ironing
- Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
- Supporting with community based recreational and social activities
- Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments

- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Current Australian drivers licence and roadworthy vehicle as required
- Basic experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
- Evidence of COVID Vaccinations
