**The Venue**:
Located on the beautiful Gold Coast waterfront, Surfers Pavilion is a vibrant and high-volume venue known for its buzzing atmosphere, premium seafood, and spectacular sunset views. We’re currently on the lookout for dedicated Glassies/Barbacks to join our fast-paced team and help keep the good times flowing

**The Role**:
As a Glassy/Barback at Surfers Pavilion, you’ll be an essential part of our operations—supporting the bar team to maintain a clean, well-stocked, and high-functioning service area.

Your duties will include:

- Collecting and polishing glassware
- Keeping bar and floor areas tidy and safe
- Restocking fridges, garnishes, napkins, straws, and other bar essentials
- Supporting the bartenders during peak service times
- Communicating effectively with the team to ensure seamless service

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Energetic and proactive with a strong work ethic
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
